The TRAIVA Firexball fire extinguishing unit is an innovative, simple and highly effective way to automatically extinguish fires. The Firexball comes with a self-activating bracket that makes it easy to install on a wall or hang from the ceiling in a location you want to passively protect. If a fire breaks out near the ball, the device bursts and spreads the extinguishing mixture (powder), which effectively extinguishes the flames over an area of up to 10 m². You can also use the fireball proactively - if you spot a fire, simply throw or roll it into the fire. Anyone can use the ball, no special knowledge is required and it is not necessary to approach the fire directly. The device is activated in a fire within 3 to 10 seconds and emits a loud audible signal (120 dBA) that acts as a fire alarm before the extinguishing mixture is sprayed. The Firexball fire extinguishing unit is only activated when it comes into contact with flames or when the ambient temperature exceeds approx. 110 °C, which excludes false alarms.

Firexball contains environmentally friendly fire extinguishing agent
The Firexball is supplied in a vacuum pack which contains a fireball with highly effective FUREX 770 powder mixture and an initiator. Upon contact with an open fire, the unit automatically activates within 3 - 10 seconds, a warning beep sounds, the protective ball casing bursts and the released extinguishing powder mixture reliably extinguishes the resulting fire over an area of 8 - 10 m². FUREX fire extinguishing agent consists of biodegradable substances, so it does not unnecessarily burden the environment. The scattered powder is then easily swept up and the residue vacuumed up.
