For cars with drum brakes, you will find brake shoes, which perform the function of reliable braking. They are contained in the construction of a drum brake, which slows down when pressed and thus brakes. You can handle the installation of the shoes in the drum brakes yourself. Just lift the car and block it against possible movement. Then you just take off the wheel and replace the shoe in the brake system.
