Every car with drum brakes is equipped with brake shoes, ensuring reliable braking there. They are mounted directly in the drum brake, which slows down when pressed and thus brakes. Installing the caliper shoes is easy. Use a jack to lift the car and then lock it against movement. You take off the wheel and uncover the brake system, then just replace the shoe.
