The reason for its high effectiveness is the fact that HerpeNorm™ contains zinc, which contributes to good immune system function and has a positive effect on skin health. The amino acid L-lysine contained in the HerpeNorm™ dietary supplement inhibits the amino acid arginine. If you experience discomfort more often, you should avoid foods rich in arginine (e.g. nuts) and limit your intake of foods containing white flour, rice, semi-finished products and foods high in sugar. Active ingredients of Barny's HerpeNorm™
- L-lysine is an essential amino acid and the human body cannot synthesize it on its own. Therefore, we must supply lysine through diet or supplements. Our diet should therefore be varied and balanced in sugars, fats and proteins. Lower levels of lysine were found in vegetarians (especially vegans), athletes, children, the elderly and those with an unbalanced lysine-poor diet.
