The reason for its high effectiveness is that HerpeNorm™ contains zinc, which contributes to the proper function of the immune system and has a positive effect on maintaining healthy skin. The amino acid L-lysine, contained in the HerpeNorm™ food supplement, inhibits the amino acid arginine. If you experience this discomfort more frequently, you should avoid foods rich in arginine (e.g., nuts) and limit your intake of foods containing white flour, rice, semi-prepared meals, and foods with a high sugar content. Active ingredients in Barny's HerpeNorm™
- L-lysine is an essential amino acid that the human body cannot synthesise on its own. Therefore, we must supply lysine through our diet or food supplements. Our diet should be varied with a balanced content of sugars, fats, and proteins. Lower levels of lysine have been found in vegetarians (especially vegans), athletes, children, the elderly, and people with an unbalanced diet low in lysine.

Recommended dosage
