30 capsules
A special form of iron combined with vitamins C and D. Food supplement. Also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. No irony aftertaste. Products containing iron are mainly used to support the formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Anyone who has experience with taking iron-based preparations knows that some forms of iron can be hard on the stomach. They say you are what you eat. However, the truth is that you are only what your body can absorb.
Why take iron?
Iron is indispensable for the human body in many transport and enzyme systems, but especially in the respiratory chain for the transfer of oxygen between tissues. The current amount of iron in an adult's body is between 3–4 grams. Every day, the human body loses 1–2mg of iron, which must be replenished through food. Due to dietary mistakes, drug interactions or a genetic disorder of regulatory proteins, the resorption (absorption) of iron by the body may be reduced. Its deficiency causes fatigue, paleness, drowsiness, dark circles under the eyes, cold limbs, reduced concentration, and even a decrease in performance at work... The supplementation of iron in common forms is often accompanied by undesirable side effects. The solution is to prevent direct contact of iron with the mucous membranes of the stomach and intestines. Technically, this is feasible through the micronisation and microencapsulation of iron molecules. LIPOFER® – micronised ferric pyrophosphate in microencapsulated form.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach.
