A 140mm Pure Wings 3 fan with a rifle bearing and 4-pole motor takes care of heat dissipation. The PSU uses a Zero RPM semi-passive cooling mode, in which the fan remains switched off at low loads. At higher loads, it starts up and continues to run for a few minutes after the load is reduced to limit frequent start-ups and shutdowns and to extend its lifespan.
