This adhesive is also used in the food industry. It is completely odourless. The bonded joint does not lose its strength over time.

Antibacterial foam
Special antibacterial foam with ventilation holes and a certified SANITIZED treatment. The biocidal substance is harmless and suitable even for children under 3 years old. It eliminates bacteria, fungi, dust mites, mould and other undesirable microorganisms in the mattress. Also often called COLD FOAM. It gets its name from the manufacturing process, a so-called cold process. The foam has a microporous structure with high density, which suitably combines elasticity and breathability. Mattresses made from cold foam have excellent breathability and reduce excessive sweating.

HR Grand Soya
HR GRAND-SOYA foam, with a proportion of non-modified soy oil, features 7-zone softening. Shoulder cradles, along with channels ensuring necessary core ventilation and transverse profiling, improve blood circulation.

The core is ventilated by special channels in the mattress profile. Perfect mattress ventilation is ensured by transverse profiling – holes running through the filling from side to side.
