Betadine 100 mg/ml solution 1000 ml
Betadine is a disinfectant that has an antimicrobial effect and is particularly suitable for local disinfection of skin and mucous membranes. Acts against bacteria, fungi, viruses and protozoa. Betadine is used to cleanse (disinfect) wounds before giving an injection, drawing blood, giving an infusion or transfusion. The product can be used for total or partial disinfection prior to surgery. Treats skin bacterial and fungal diseases.
Dosage and method of use
Betadine can be used either concentrated - undiluted, or diluted with water in a ratio of 1:10 or 1:100. Betadine is always diluted just before use. Use the solution as soon as possible. The diluted solution cannot be stored.
