Apigenin is the most widespread and most studied flavonoid in the plant kingdom. It can be found in fruits, vegetables and some herbs such as chamomile, parsley or coriander. BrainMax Apigenin comes from grapefruit and there is 300 mg of apigenin in each dose. Apigenin is a type of flavonoid, which are compounds that some plants produce to defend themselves against ultraviolet light and infection.
