Dosage

Take 1–4 capsules daily. 1 capsule contains 0.4g of mushroom extract. Take the capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal). When taking, it is recommended to increase your intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorbability of the active substances. For example, in the form of Brazilian cherry Acerola extract.
