Motherwort (Thymus vulgaris) is known for its strong antimicrobial properties. It contains thymol and carvacrol, two powerful antimicrobial agents that are effective against a wide range of bacteria. Recommended dosage
1 teaspoon (5 ml) into 1 dcl of liquid 2 times a day. For example, tea, water, juice. Don't drink pure concentrate. Shake before use.
