Collagen is the most abundant protein found in our body. It is part of the joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, but also the skin, skin, nails and hair. Hydrolysed collagen is broken down into smaller collagen peptides, thus increasing its bioavailability. Collagen peptides are chains of amino acids that pass more easily through the digestive tract.
