Maitake is a wild mushroom that is found in areas of Japan, China and North America, mainly in the trunks of oak, elm and maple trees. This edible mushroom returns to the same place every year if it is not damaged. It is known for its characteristic texture and earthy taste. Maitake contains high amounts of betaglucans, natural polysaccharides, which have a beneficial effect on health. The tincture is packed in dark bottles to protect it sufficiently from light. You can take the tincture on its own, but also add it to water or juice. When the tincture is in a 1:2 ratio with a 50% alcohol content, this means that 1 part herbal extract to 2 parts total solution (alcohol and water).

Maitake is a mushroom that grows wild in parts of Japan, China and North America. It grows near the trunk of oaks, elms and maples. It is a perennial fungus that grows in the same place year after year as long as it is undisturbed. As an edible mushroom, it has an interesting texture and earthy taste. Maitake is rich in beta-glucans, naturally occurring polysaccharides that have a positive effect on the body. When taking it, we recommend increasing the intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active substances.
Benefits of herbal tinctures
Maceration is probably the oldest type of herb processing. Plants steeped in distilled alcohol have taken firm root in Western medicine. Alcohol is used to "break down" the plant's cell wall, allowing the release of biologically active compounds. The highest quality plants are selected for the tincture and after thorough cleansing they are slowly infused in 50% alcohol. Tinctures are much more concentrated than herbal decoctions alone, making their effects more noticeable in a shorter period of time. Moreover, thanks to the alcohol content, they have a long shelf life and can last for several years if stored properly. The tincture is packed in dark bottles to protect it sufficiently from light. You can take it on its own, but also add it to water or juice.

Recommended dosage
2-3 times a day 2-3 ml, or as recommended by your doctor. 1 ml corresponds to a full squeeze of the dropper.
