The rose hip is a widely growing herb. The red fruits are most often used for harvesting, but the flowers or leaves can also be processed. Rose hips are very rich in vitamin C, which affects a number of processes in our body including skin health, collagen production and as a support for the immune system. Spices have antioxidant properties, supporting the functions of the respiratory, digestive and circulatory systems.They are particularly suitable for the feeling of "heavy legs". In addition, they support the health of the kidneys and the entire urinary system. The tincture is packed in dark bottles, thus sufficiently protected from light. You can take it on its own, but also add it to water or juice.

The rose hip is widespread almost all over Europe and is most often found in sunny places. Rose hips have antioxidant properties, meaning they help protect our body's cells from free radical damage. The red oval fruits are rich in vitamin C. The latter is important for the health of our blood vessels, skin quality, faster wound healing, collagen production, stimulation of the immune system and or lowering LDL cholesterol. In addition to vitamin C, rose hips also contain provitamin A, vitamin B and fatty acids such as oleic, palmitic, linoleic and gamalinolenic acids.
Benefits of herbal tinctures
Maceration is probably the oldest type of herb processing. Plants steeped in distilled alcohol have taken firm root in Western medicine. Alcohol is used to "break down" the plant's cell wall, allowing the release of biologically active compounds. Recommended dosage
2-3 times a day 2-3 ml, or as recommended by your doctor. 1 ml corresponds to a full squeeze of the dropper.
