Cafédirect coffees are packed in a protective atmosphere using nitrogen, which displaces the oxygen from the package and prevents unwanted oxidation of the coffee. Nitrogen has no effect on the taste of coffee. Thanks to the protective atmosphere, the maximum quality, appearance and aroma of the coffee is preserved. This process helps to preserve the excellent freshness of the coffee for a longer period of time.

The coffee cherries for this coffee were hand-picked by the farmers of the Peruvian cooperative HUADQUINA at the exact moment they were perfectly ripe. The coffee beans are obtained from cherries by washing them in spring water (so-called. "washed"), then dried on large plates outside in the sun.
The entire process of growing, harvesting and processing meets high quality standards, so you can enjoy excellent organic coffee. The coarseness of the grind best corresponds to the preparation on the filter, it is also perfectly suited for French press. Stronger roasting suppresses the natural acidity of Arabica.
