The modern, second-generation Carneo ADVENTURE HR+ outdoor fitness smartwatch in an elegant black design features a round SUPER AMOLED colour display protected by extremely tough Gorilla Glass. It measures your heart rate, stress, BMI, distance covered, and tracks calories burned or sleep quality. It contains a 380mAh battery with up to 5 days of battery life. With an IP67 rating, it is resistant to water and dust. It is compatible with iOS and Android operating systems. The watch has a pleasant-to-the-touch black silicone strap, which can be swapped for a different colour, leather, or metal strap to change the watch's look from sporty to professional. The watch allows you to make calls without taking your phone out of your bag, thanks to the built-in microphone and speaker, from up to 10m away from your phone.

The Body Battery function shows your body's energy status throughout the day. The Cardio Index function informs you about the current condition and health of your heart. A BMI overview is always available in the app, which can constantly motivate you to do more activities.

Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics of all measured values with an anonymous comparison against all users of your age and gender, for even more motivation to be the best. A friends feature for exercising together, comparing, supporting, and motivating each other. The app has a history of measured data, which is always available to you. For women, there is a menstrual calendar with a forecast of menstrual days and ovulation, which helps women plan pregnancies.
