The CASIO FX CG50 scientific calculator is a graphical and programmable tool for students and technical professionals. Its main advantage is the large colour TFT display, which shows calculations in the natural textbook format you're familiar with. The calculator offers a wide range of mathematical functions, from basic trigonometric calculations to derivatives, integrals and matrix operations. The display can fit up to 21 lines of text, which you'll appreciate when working with large datasets or programmes.
The CASIO FX CG50 covers a complete spectrum of mathematical operations. In addition to standard trigonometric and logarithmic functions, it also offers advanced tools for university-level mathematics, such as calculations with complex numbers, derivatives and integrals. You can use it to solve equations, work with matrices and vectors, or perform two-variable statistical analyses. The calculator is programmable with 16MB of memory, giving you space for your own applications and data storage. It also includes financial functions, a spreadsheet and a pre-installed Geometry application.
You can easily connect the calculator to your computer using the included USB cable to transfer data, programmes or images. This feature is useful for backing up your work or preparing data for analysis. A unique feature is the ability to directly dock a compatible CASIO projector, which allows the calculator's display to be projected onto a screen. This will be especially appreciated by teachers during classroom instruction. The package also includes a hard slide-on case that protects the calculator from scratches and damage during transport.
