The cooker hood has electronic controls with an LED display, and a remote control is also included for shorter users. The extractor has three standard speeds and a TURBO mode, which allows for instant and effective extraction of all odours. When you've finished cooking, the run-on timer lets the cooker hood continue to run, extracting any remaining cooking smells.

Extraction and recirculation modes and easy maintenance

For maximum performance, it is recommended to connect the EMPIRE VIP OD 723090 cooker hood to an extraction duct. However, if this isn't an option, you can also use the extractor in recirculation mode. A 15cm diameter duct is recommended, but the package also includes a 12cm reducer. Another practical feature is the backdraught shutter, which prevents extracted odours from returning to the room. To capture greasy dust, the cooker hood is fitted with metal grease filters that you can easily wash in the dishwasher.
