To connect a music source, there's an XLR (balanced) and an RCA (unbalanced) analogue input. The main advantage of the Cayin IHA-6 transistor amplifier is its high output power, which reaches up to 7000mW (32 Ohm) in balanced mode and up to 2200mW (32 Ohm) in unbalanced mode. The THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) value in balanced mode is approximately 0.01% (1kHz), while in unbalanced mode it does not exceed 0.02% (1kHz). These are very low values that guarantee highly accurate reproduction of the audio signal. The ability to set the current and gain to high or low levels ensures maximum compatibility with different types of headphones, including the latest planar models.

The Cayin IHA-6 amplifier boasts a modern and minimalist design that will fit well into any home or office. The device has a solid aluminium alloy chassis with a sandblasted finish, which protects the amplifier from damage while providing natural shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI/RFI) from the surroundings. The front panel features elegant controls in the form of four buttons and a large rotary volume dial.
