Melatonin Herbal is a dietary supplement in tablet form. It contains melatonin, valerian, hops, lemon balm and vitamin B6. Not addictive, containing melatonin and herbs.
Why is Melatonin important?
Melatonin is a sleep hormone, a substance inherent in the body that affects circadian rhythms. Its blood level normally increases after the onset of darkness and peaks in the middle of the night. The body produces it itself, but its production may decrease with age, so it is recommended to consult a doctor or pharmacist for individual dosage.
Melatonin Herbal contains
- Valerian promotes mental health, relaxation and stress relief.
- The rotary hop promotes a good night's sleep and brings a calming effect.
- Lemon balm contributes to a positive mood, in addition with passionflower promote relaxation and sleep.

Recommended dosage
