Thanks to drying, fruits, vegetables, mushrooms or herbs retain their high vitamin and mineral content. With the Concept SO3000 PROFI dryer you can easily store even larger harvest volumes. In addition to the above-mentioned ingredients, the SO3000 can also dry pasta, flowers or meat. It can also be used to make tasty treats for pets.
The even heat distribution and the 1,000 W of power ensure that your food will be dried very quickly.
In the package there is a wealth of accessories, which are 6 stainless steel drying plates. These can be conveniently washed in the dishwasher. You won't be craving healthy apple, plum or pear crosses because of the lengthy washing of drying trays.
The main advantage of the Concept SO3000 PROFI dryer is the stainless steel plates, which are easier to heat up and the drying process is faster, plus they are more durable than plastic ones. The trays are extendable, so you can check the status of the food at any time during the drying process.
The clear LED display allows you to control the drying temperature and set the drying timer. The temperature can be conveniently adjusted from 35°C to 75°C. The digital timer can be set for up to 99 hours.
