The Rectangular form de Buyer with a non-stick surface is ideal for making cakes or quiche in original shapes. The form evenly distributes the heat and resists high temperatures. It has a removable base for easier removal of the body. The Teflon layer protects the steel from oxidation and facilitates cleaning. The form can be used for traditional ovens (max. 220°C). It is not suitable for microwave ovens. Handwashing is recommended.
Tip: Please clean the form before using it for the first time. Do not use a metal object.
