The De Dietrich DWD4820B warming drawer offers the optimal packaging method to preserve, freeze or vacuum cook meat, fish and any other food whose organoleptic properties you want to preserve. In addition to the vacuum function, the drawer is equipped with LED lighting for maximum visibility of the interior, two storage systems for food rolls and a digital kitchen scale for dividing ingredients. The drawer has been designed to fit neatly into the kitchen column. It is equipped with telescopic rails with integrated brakes, thanks to which it opens and closes smoothly without the risk of tipping the contents, ensuring greater convenience and safety during use.
