The DeepCool AG620 processor cooler is designed to dissipate heat from computer processors and maintain a stable operating temperature. The dual-tower design uses six 6mm diameter copper heat pipes to transfer energy. These pipes connect the nickel-plated copper base to the aluminium fins. Cooling is supplemented by two 120mm fans that support automatic PWM speed control in the range of 500 to 2200RPM. The total cooling capacity is 270W TDP, which helps maintain low temperatures even under high processor load.
The device consists of two separate aluminium towers with dense finning. The design integrates six copper heat pipes, which conduct heat directly from the base to the aluminium fins. This system helps to dissipate thermal energy evenly across the entire surface of the passive section. The total weight of the cooling block is 1036g.
Active airflow is provided by two 120 × 120 × 25mm fans. These fans operate with an airflow of up to 119.09m³/h at the highest rotation speed. The speed changes according to the system load and ranges from 500 to 2200RPM. The noise level at full power does not exceed 29.22dB.
The cooling capacity of this system is 270W TDP. The nickel-plated copper base sits against the processor and transfers thermal energy to the tubes, which have an optimised internal structure. The phase transition of the liquid inside the tubes works reliably in both horizontal and vertical positions of the computer case. This helps to maintain low temperatures even under high load.
The device supports modern processor sockets from both major manufacturers. Compatible sockets include Intel LGA 1851 and LGA 1700, along with AMD AM5 and AM4. The cooler can also be fitted to older Intel LGA 1200, 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, 2011, 2011-3 and 2066 sockets. The package includes the necessary adapters for these types of mounting, and the box also contains CPU clamps and an adapter frame for fixing.
The installation of the entire cooling system uses metal mounting components. Metal brackets are included in the package and create stable pressure on the processor for optimal heat transfer. The entire mounting process consists of five steps, and the mounting method is vertical. The supplied package in the box also includes mounting screws and a thermal pad to facilitate the entire process.
The fans use hydraulic bearings, which reduce friction during operation. These bearings contribute to the quiet running of the fans and stable long-term operation. The fans are powered via a 4-pin PWM connector at an operating voltage of 12V. The power consumption of the fans is 3.96W and the static pressure is up to 2.49mm H₂O, using seven blades on each fan.
