The DOMO DO42325PC 27-litre stainless steel pot provides space for preserving approximately 14 to 18 3/4-litre jars. The jars are placed on a plastic grate placed on the bottom of the pot. In addition to preparing hot drinks, it is also great for cooking stews, sauces or side dishes, especially if you plan to host a large group of people. A practical feature of the pot is the spout, thanks to which you can also use the pressure cooker as a hot drinks dispenser. For larger family gatherings or parties with friends, you'll appreciate how much work this ingenious pot saves you in the preparation of coffee or tea. When cooking meat dishes, we recommend covering the outlet with a removable plug. Of course, there is also a continuous thermostat that allows temperature control from 30 °C to the boiling point. The set temperature is automatically maintained to the degree of accuracy. All the data you work with as a chef can be clearly seen on the backlit LCD display, which is equipped with a pressure cooker. It informs you of the current temperature, boiling time and water level. For maximum safety when cooking or canning, the pot is equipped with a safety lock against overheating and dry boiling. The timer can be set from one minute to 120 minutes or for continuous operation. An acoustic signal alerts you when the desired temperature has been reached.
