Rocking and recline function
The backrest reclines backwards and forwards along with the seat. It can only be locked in the basic (upright) position. It is controlled by a lever on the right-hand side; simply pull it out to the side to activate the function. When you want to stop rocking, return to the basic sitting position. Push the right lever back in and the rocking will stop. The rocking mode is ideal for when you want to rest, unwind and relax. The backrest recline, ranging from 90–135 degrees, is controlled by a lever on the right side of the backrest, just like in a car seat. Some gaming chairs can recline to 180 degrees, but this is not recommended for safety reasons, as it poses a risk of the user tipping over backwards with the chair. Use the 90° setting for work and 135° for relaxation.
Rocking stiffness and height adjustment
You can adjust it according to your weight. If you are lighter, you can loosen the stiffness; if you are heavier, you can tighten it. This is controlled by a rotary knob under the seat. You can adjust the height according to your own height and leg length. It is ideal to have your feet flat on the floor most of the time, bent at an angle of 90–120 degrees, to allow the lymphatic system to flow freely and prevent your legs from swelling. This is controlled by the lever on the right-hand side.

Chair assembly:
After unpacking, insert the castors into the arms of the base (five holes in the lower part of the individual arms are intended for the castors). Insert the piston into the hole for the piston, after first getting it moving. Mount the mechanism to the bottom of the seat (place the seat upside down to make it easy to handle, preferably on a mat or a table with a raised surface). Mount the armrests to the bottom of the seat. Attach the backrest to the seat. Place the seat with the backrest and armrests onto the piston with the base and castors. Check that you have tightened all the screws sufficiently. Done, you can now take a seat.
