You control them using buttons on the outside of the armrests and then the pads themselves. Adjust them by height, angle (15°), and depth (forward/backward). TILT rocking mechanism

The backrest tilts back and forth together with the seat. It can only be locked in the basic (upright) position. You control it with the lever on the right-hand side; just pull it out to the side to activate the function. To stop rocking, return to the upright sitting position. Push the right lever back in and the rocking will stop. The rocking tension is adjusted according to your weight. You control this using the rotary knob under the seat. The backrest angle, ranging from 90–135 degrees, is controlled by a lever on the right side of the backrest, just like in a car seat. 90° for work, 135° for relaxing. The height adjustment depends on your height and leg length. Ideally, your feet should be flat on the floor for most of the time, with your knees bent at an angle of 90–120 degrees. This is controlled by the lever on the right-hand side.

Chair controls:
Chair and seat height – lightly press the lever down
Rocking – pull the lever out to the side, push it back in to stop rocking (locks in the upright position)
Rocking tension – rotary knob to adjust rocking tension

Chair assembly:
After unpacking, insert the castors into the arms of the cross base (the five holes in the bottom of each arm are for the castors). Insert the piston into the piston hole, after working it a little first. Mount the mechanism to the underside of the seat (place the seat upside down to make it easier to handle, preferably on a mat or a raised surface like a table). Mount the armrests to the underside of the seat. Attach the backrest to the seat. Place the seat with the backrest and armrests onto the piston with the cross base and castors. Check that all screws are sufficiently tightened. Done, you can now take a seat.
