TILT rocking mechanism – tilt and height control
Rocking and tilting function – the backrest and seat tilt backwards and forwards together. It can only be locked in the basic (upright) position. Control this using the lever on the right side (1); just pull it out to the side to activate the function. The rocking tension, or the force of the rock, is adjusted according to the user's weight. For lighter users, loosen the tension; for heavier users, tighten it. This is controlled by the rotary knob under the seat (2). Adjust the height according to your height and leg length. Ideally, your feet should be flat on the floor for most of the time, with your knees bent at a 90–120 degree angle to ensure free flow of the lymphatic system and prevent your legs from swelling. This is controlled with the lever on the right side (1).
Backrest tilt up to 135 degrees
The 90–135 degree adjustment is controlled by the lever on the right side of the backrest, just like a car seat. Some gaming chairs may recline to 180 degrees, but this is not recommended for safety reasons, as it poses a risk of the user tipping over backwards with the chair. 90° is suitable for work, while 135° is perfect for relaxing.
Benefits of rocking and tilting
The ability to tilt and rock is perfectly suited for sedentary jobs or any seated activity, allowing you to rest and relieve your back muscles. It provides a change in body position, thereby preventing stiffness in the spine and neck. Taking occasional relaxing positions helps with this. A short rest and body relaxation contribute to regeneration, health, and greater productivity.
Adjustable 1D armrests for hand support
The black plastic 1D armrests provide support for your arms. They are height-adjustable and have a soft surface. Adjust them by using the button on the outside of the armrests and pulling them up or down.
Head and lumbar cushions
Removable cushions for maximum comfort, neck relaxation, and ergonomic spine support. The lumbar cushion can be adjusted to various heights by pulling on the straps. The headrest contains a premium gel layer with cooling particles that ensure a cool feel and provide excellent air circulation and breathability, keeping you comfortable even on hot summer days.
