Why use EatEnjoy Dairy?
Enjoy dairy products. EatEnjoy Dairy contains the digestive enzymes lactase and protease, which help with the difficult digestion of lactose (milk sugar) and specific milk proteins. Poor absorption of lactose and milk proteins can lead to digestive problems such as abdominal pain, increased flatulence, nausea or diarrhoea. EatEnjoy™ Dairy is ideal for people who experience digestive issues after consuming dairy foods.
Main ingredients of EatEnjoy Dairy
- Lactase in the small intestine breaks down lactose (milk sugar) into a simple, easily digestible sugar. An insufficient production of lactase reduces the ability to digest milk. This leads to lactose intolerance, where undigested lactose enters the large intestine and irritates it.
- Protease acts specifically on milk proteins. It helps break down casein so the body can better utilise it.
Ingredients
Enzyme blend Dairylytic®, Lactase (4000 ALU), Protease (50000 HUT) in one capsule. Other ingredients: capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; colourant E171.
Recommended dosage
Adults take 1 capsule immediately before or during a meal containing dairy products. Do not exceed the recommended dose of 3 capsules per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. The product is not intended for persons with hypolactasia (lactase non-persistence or lactase deficiency) or any other medical condition of the stomach or intestinal tract and should not be used as an alternative to treatment for these conditions. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Do not use if you have a known sensitivity to any of the ingredients in this product. Not suitable for children. Read the leaflet carefully before use. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
