Enjoy foods containing gluten. EatEnjoy Gluten contains a blend of proteolytic enzymes that help with the difficult digestion of gluten proteins. Endopeptidase and exopeptidase break down the internal and external peptide bonds in proteins, including the peptides in gluten. These enzymes help the body break down proteins into amino acids, which are then easily absorbed. The enzymes in the supplement also break down other food proteins, such as those in milk, walnuts, fish and soya beans, making it easier to digest the foods consumed as part of a complete meal. EatEnjoy™ Gluten is ideal for people who experience digestive problems after eating foods with gluten.
What is gluten?
Gluten is a protein present in many cereals, especially wheat, barley, oats, spelt and other similar grains. Cereals are a major component of foods such as bread, pasta, pizza, cakes and pastries. Gluten contains several different proteins that some people find difficult to digest. Undigested protein residues can then cause digestive problems.
Ingredients
Glutalytic® Enzyme Blend, Protease 75,000 HUT 350mg, Aspergillopepsin (500 SAPU), Protease DPP IV (125 DPP IV) in one capsule.
Recommended dosage
Adults should take 1 capsule immediately before or during a meal containing gluten. Do not exceed the recommended dose of 3 capsules per day.
