The original mead is Elisa's flagship product. Its unique bittersweet taste is the result of honest honey, herbs and spices. Warmed mead warms grandma up and puts her in the mood: -) Elisa mead is made according to the original family recipe from 1973. It contains no sugar or alcohol and is based on honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology.
Blueberry mead
Blueberry mead is a delicious combination of the taste of honey and sweet blueberries. Each sip is like a walk through the forest, where the sweetness of honey and the juiciness of blueberries meet. All meads can be consumed chilled or cooked. In the summer months, they are refreshing if served at a temperature of 12-16 degrees Celsius. In winter, the mead is heated in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius so that it does not boil.
