The ELO Relief Evolution Premium 35132 pan features the smart OIL OPTIMIZER dosing system, which makes it easy to measure the ideal amount of oil for frying. The inner ring corresponds to one teaspoon, while the outer ring is for one tablespoon. The pan is made of multi-layered 18/8–18/10 stainless steel; the inner part is 18/10 stainless steel, and the outer part is magnetic stainless steel. The stainless steel handle and helper handle ensure comfortable handling.
