The ELO Relief Solution steel serving pan has a 28cm diameter and comes with a lid. Its all-steel construction is complemented by a sandwich base with an aluminium core, which ensures even heat distribution on all hob types. The ELODUR® Professional inner surface lets you cook with minimal fat and is oven-safe up to 240°C. For easy maintenance, the pan is dishwasher-safe.
