The extraction units of the EMPIRE VD BARI 60 built-in cooker hood have an individually balanced turbine. The motors are equipped with resettable thermal fuses (they switch off if the motor overheats and switch on again once it has cooled down). The metal sandwich grease filters are dishwasher safe. It offers the option of operating in both extraction and recirculation modes. In recirculation mode, the cooker hood is fitted with a carbon odour filter. The filtered air is ducted out of the cooker hood in a similar way to the extraction mode, through a pipe that runs through the entire cabinet. However, the pipe does not lead into the wall with an elbow joint, but rather above the cabinet, where it is recommended to terminate it with a grille.
