F. Dick Santoku with special cut from the 1905 series
Santoku knife F. Dick with a special cut from the exclusive 1905 design series combines traditional workmanship in a modern spirit with elements of historical design. In 1905, Friedrich Dick developed a series of chef' s knives with solid joints that replaced the rivets previously used. Since 1905, this unique design has been further developed using modern materials and manufacturing techniques. The blade is made of special German stainless steel XcrMoVMn. A unique, finely dispersed flexible material with a dynamically sharp blade was produced using sophisticated hardening technology.
