Construction
The body of the device is made from CNC-machined 6-series aluminium-magnesium alloy. This metal material provides durability while maintaining a low weight of 33.5g. Its dimensions of 23×83.5×14mm make it easy to carry in your pocket or bag. The solid metal casing protects the internal components from damage during everyday use. The chassis features a TF card slot, a USB-C port for both charging and data transfer, and a headphone output.
Controls
The top of the device features a metal multifunctional rotary dial, which is used to adjust the volume and turn on the screen. The rotary dial responds precisely to your finger's movement, providing comfortable control and quick navigation through the menu without needing to constantly look at the display. Separate physical buttons handle track switching and confirming selections.
Sound chip
Audio decoding is handled by a dedicated CS43131 DAC chip with support for native playback of DSD256 and PCM formats up to 24-bit/192kHz. The device boasts a signal-to-noise ratio of ≥129dB, total harmonic distortion plus noise of <0.0003%, and a noise floor of 0.7μV. The integrated converter preserves fine audio details and delivers a clean signal. An audio-grade crystal oscillator contributes to the precision, helping to accurately reproduce the soundstage.
Display and power
The 0.91" OLED display clearly shows the names of the tracks being played and the current system status, so you always have important information at a glance. The display technology used is characterised by low power consumption, which contributes to the device's longer battery life. The built-in 360mAh battery provides enough power for up to 7 hours of continuous music playback on a single charge.
Connectivity
The 3.5mm Jack headphone output delivers 120mW of output power per channel into a 32-ohm load with total distortion under 1%. The system supports in-line controls on connected headphones according to the CTIA standard for controlling play, pause, skipping tracks, and volume. This Jack connector is used for connecting standard wired headphones. The output impedance ranges from 0.2 to 0.3 ohms. A USB-C interface ensures connectivity with other devices.
Sound card mode
When connected to a computer or mobile phone, the device operates in USB DAC mode, supporting a PCM sampling rate of 16-bit/48kHz. This UAC mode bypasses the built-in audio circuits of the source device and uses the integrated chip for decoding. The settings let you disable charging from the connected source to save its battery. The external sound card converts the audio signal directly from the digital source to the analogue output.
