Fortimel DiaCare with incl. vanilla 4 × 200 ml
is a food for special medical purposes with vanilla flavour, with sugars and sweeteners. It is intended for the controlled dietary management of disease-related malnutrition in patients with diabetes mellitus or hyperglycaemia. It is a high-energy liquid nutrition with high protein and fiber content, gluten-free.
Package contains 4x200 ml.
Vitamins:
Vitamin A 188 µg, Vitamin D 1.3 µg, Vitamin E 2.3 mg (α-TE), Vitamin K 10 µg, Thiamine 0.28 mg, Riboflavin 0.31 mg, Niacin (3.4 mg NE) 1.0 mg, Pantothenic acid 1.0 mg, Vitamin B6 0.33 mg, Folic acid 50 µg, Vitamin B12 0.70 µg, Biotin 7.5 µg, Vitamin C 19 mg.
Dosage and method of use
Store in a cool, dry place. Shake well before use. Intended for direct use, it tastes best chilled. After opening, store in a closed bottle in the refrigerator max. for 24 hours. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Dosage 1-2 bottles per day to supplement the normal diet.

For enteral use only. Not intended for parenteral administration. For use under medical supervision only. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Caution should be exercised when administering to children aged 3 to 6 years. Not suitable for patients requiring a fibre-free diet and patients with galactosaemia or fructosaemia. When introducing the product, it is recommended to start with half a vial at first and monitor blood glucose levels, it may be necessary to adjust the treatment. In patients with renal failure, total dietary potassium and phosphorus intake must be monitored.
