The sensor gives you timely warnings about unsuitable climate conditions that could damage stored paintings, electronics, furniture, or other valuables. The detection element reacts to environmental changes within 2 seconds, which allows for a rapid response to any sudden deterioration in air quality. The operating humidity reaches up to 100%.
Mould prevention
By regularly measuring the air quality in the room, you can react promptly to the risk of mould. The device sends automatic warnings about abnormal humidity levels directly to your smart home system via a central hub. If the set limits are exceeded, an acoustic alarm sounds to alert you to the need to ventilate or switch on a dehumidifier. The temperature sensor operates up to a maximum operating temperature of 50°C.
Long battery life
The sensor is powered by two AA batteries, which are included in the package. The sensor is very energy-efficient, offering a five-year service life. The internal electronics continuously monitor the battery status, and the app notifies you in good time when they need replacing, ensuring the device remains operational without any unexpected downtime.
Wireless connection
Communication is handled by the modern Zigbee 3.0 wireless protocol, which requires a compatible central hub. Integration into your system allows for easy connection with other smart home devices and supports automatic scenarios for heating, cooling, or window control. The wireless signal range is up to 30m, which makes it easy to place the sensor even in more remote parts of the building.
