The FSP Champ Tower 3K UPS with online double-conversion power delivery supplies connected devices with stable energy without any interruption. This backup power source provides an apparent power of 3000VA and a real power of 2700W, offering a backup time of up to 9.8 minutes at half load. Thanks to its pure sine wave battery output and advanced protection features, it is a reliable solution for powering sensitive electronics and corporate servers that require continuous operation without voltage fluctuations. The clear LCD display provides instant information on the current load status, battery capacity, and operating modes.

Topology and stable performance

The device shows an efficiency of 90% at full load and 89% at half load. The integrated microprocessor controller and automatic voltage regulation stabilise the output parameters to within +/- 1% without draining the battery. The wide input voltage range of 120V to 300V reduces wear on internal components.

Battery and management

The FSP Champ Tower 3K UPS contains six 12V lead-acid batteries with a capacity of 9Ah. The charger can restore 90% of the batteries' capacity within 4 hours, and the system also enables the charger's power to be expanded up to 6A. The device also offers an ECO mode for saving electricity and is fully compatible with generators. The compact Tower design, with dimensions of 318×190×421mm, makes it easy to place in both office and technical environments. The total weight of the unit is 27.6kg, confirming its robust mechanical construction. The operating temperature is maintained within the optimal range of 0–40°C, while the noise level does not exceed 50dBA at a distance of one metre from the device.

Connectivity

The rear panel includes four Schuko output sockets, which provide full backup and surge protection for all connected devices. An integrated USB port is available for charging mobile devices. USB and RS-232 communication ports connect to a computer or server. The intelligent SNMP slot enables remote management via optional network adapters. This gives users full control over the UPS status and the ability to automatically shut down systems safely.
