It is understandable that we do not find a viewfinder with a camera so compact. The preview delivers a large, 3-inch screen with nearly a million pixel resolution. The LCD monitor also features an anti-reflective coating, assuring it's clear and easy to use, even in bright and sunny conditions. The brightness is automatically adjusted in response to the lighting conditions to maintain optimal visibility while preventing unnecessary battery drain. It also automatically adjusts to the time zone to create a time and location map from the images. The camera is equipped with WiFi and Bluetooth for fast transfer of images to your computer.
The camera can record videos in beautifully sharp Full HD resolution. You will get great shots also due to integrated optical stabilisation and a built-in flash. The aforementioned conversion of videos to GIF animations, or Cinemagraph, is complemented by the Time-Lapse recording mode. This makes Fujifilm proud, because time-lapse is a feature usually reserved for much more powerful cameras.
Improved optical stabilisation will also help to improve images. Use 5x optical zoom to focus on more distant images, and ST Auto mode, which selects the best photographic values or scene modes, which makes for easy auto shooting under any conditions If you often take photos at sport events, try the "Burst Mode" button. With this button, the XP130 can produce up to 10 frames per second. Last but not least, it has seven advanced filters, some of which are also useful for video shooting. There's even HDR mode or Motion Panorama 360.
