Grinding stone grinding:
1. before use, immerse the grinding stone in water, 2. attach the knife with the back of the blade to the guide, 3. run the blade of the knife or other sharpening tool in a smooth motion with gentle pressure on the stone, 4. after double-sided grinding, turn the stone with the finer side up, 5. repeats a smooth motion to correct any unevenness, 6. you can use water or oil to moisten the surface of the stone during prolonged grinding.
