Monacolin K + vitamin B1 + folic acid
A varied diet high in vegetables and fibre is good for a healthy heart and blood vessels, limiting saturated fat and simple sugars, reduction of industrially processed foods, sufficient vitamin intake, trace elements and unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids, daily physical activity, Avoiding stressful situations and getting enough quality sleep, limiting or stopping alcohol consumption and cigarette smoking. After 5-6 months of taking these measures and taking Monacolin K, we recommend that you have your cholesterol, triglyceride and blood glucose levels checked by your GP.
Active ingredients
- Monacolin K is a natural substance contained in fermented red rice
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine) contributes to normal heart function and normal energy metabolism
- Folic acid in the form of folate contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism

Recommended dosage
1 tablet in the evening during meals.

It is not intended for pregnant and lactating women, children and adolescents under 18 years of age. It is not intended for people with kidney, liver and muscle disorders. Do not take this product concurrently with cholesterol-lowering medications or other products containing fermented red rice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Storage
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a clean, dry, well-ventilated room, protected from direct sunlight and frost, at a temperature between +10 -25 °C.
