Omega-3 fish oil is a rich source of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, important for human health and numerous bodily functions. Unsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids are an essential and necessary component of the diet.

Recommended dosage
1-3 capsules per day. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
