Somnogal is acomplex herbal product that helps promote healthy sleep, mental health, cognitive functions, relaxation, stress management, and supporting cardiovascular function, the respiratory and digestive systems. Natural base, gentle to the body, non-addictive.
Active ingredients
- Medicinal knotweed promotes falling asleep and staying asleep, reduces stress, contributes to mental health, normal cognitive function, and normal cardiovascular and digestive system function.
- Hop extract, Passionflower and Lavender promote relaxation and sleep.
- Hops extract contains xanthohumol, which has a strong antioxidant effect and contributes to relaxation.
- Lemon Balm supports mental health, cognitive function, respiratory and digestive systems, proper circulatory function and hormonal balance.
- Basil supports the proper function of the respiratory and immune systems.

Recommended dosage
Normal dose 1 tablet half an hour to an hour before bedtime. For weight over 85 kg, 2 tablets can be taken. The product can be used for a long time, to maintain the effect we recommend taking a few days break after two months of use and then resume.
