The Joy-Con 2 (L) controller for Nintendo Switch 2 features a built-in 500 mAh lithium-ion battery that offers approximately 20 hours of play time on a single charge. The battery is not removable, but can be replaced through Nintendo Customer Support for a fee if needed. The controller offers a multitude of control buttons including a pressable left stick, directional buttons, L buttons, ZL, SL, SR and Capture, as well as the sync buttons. It also features HD rumble 2 for better feedback and is Bluetooth compatible for wireless connectivity. The controller also includes sensors such as an accelerometer, gyroscope and mouse sensor that contribute to a better gaming experience. The dimensions of the controller are 116 × 14.4 × 30.7 mm and it weighs 66 g. Charging is either via the Nintendo Switch 2 console itself or via the Joy-Con 2 charging grip (sold separately), with a charging time of approximately 3.5 hours.
