Battery life has also increased. Now the watch lasts up to 16 hours with the GPS turned on and even up to an incredible 5 weeks in smartwatch mode. The Forerunner 230 HR Premium is also equipped with multi-profile features - cycling, running and others.
The Forerunner 230 HR Premium can be used both as a sports watch and as a smart watch where it can be easily paired with Bluetooth with your Android or iOS smartphone. The watch can then display information about incoming/missed calls, SMS, emails, and other notifications. You will even be able to conveniently send measured data directly to the training server or to athletes currently on the track using Live Tracking.
Of course, there is a GPS chip or support for the reception of the Russian GLONASS satellite system. You do not have to buy any external GPS receivers. The interval training will then instruct you when to accelerate, slow down, and how long to run at that intensity.
