The GARNI 098W External Weather Station Sensor is a wireless device designed to measure leaf wetness and is compatible with the GARNI 3055 Arcus Wi-Fi weather station. It is designed to interface seamlessly with PRO_V1.9.5 and higher firmware. Measuring leaf wetting is a key parameter for monitoring the microclimate in a given area, suitable for both amateur and professional meteorologists, gardeners or farmers. The sensor provides accurate humidity data, which is important for proper irrigation control or weather analysis. Thanks to the wireless communication with the weather station, its installation and use is very simple, without the need for complicated cable connections.

Sensor with high measurement accuracy
The GARNI 098W external humidity sensor offers a high accuracy of relative humidity measurement with a range from 0 to 99% and a measurement tolerance of ± 10%. This wide range allows effective humidity monitoring in a variety of conditions, from very dry to very humid. Resolution of relative humidity measurement is 1%. The 868 MHz transmission frequency ensures stable and reliable data transmission between the sensor and the GARNI 3055 Arcus Wi-Fi weather station. It is ideal for medium range wireless communication and ensures minimal interference from other devices.
External sensor with 8 channels
The GARNI 098W wireless sensor provides an excellent signal range of up to 100 metres in open areas. It is ideal for a variety of outdoor applications where conditions need to be monitored over large areas of land or gardens. The data transfer interval is set to 79.5 seconds, allowing effective real-time monitoring of changes. The sensor has up to 8 channels, so you can connect several different sensors to one weather station. In addition, the sensor is equipped with a display that shows key data. It will provide data on the spot without the need to connect to an external device.
The sensor is resistant to both dust and gushing water
The GARNI 098W external sensor is powered by one AA battery (1.5 V, pencil), which is not included. The sensor has compact dimensions of 179 × 43 × 35 mm and weighs only 83 g (without battery). Its white colour ensures that it fits naturally into most outdoor and indoor spaces without disturbing the surrounding aesthetic. With the option to stand or hang the sensor flush with the sheet being monitored, its positioning is flexible and adaptable to your needs. The sensor is also dust and splash water resistant thanks to the IP66 rating. Ensures high durability even in harsh outdoor conditions.
