Food supplement with vitamin B1. Vitamin B1 (thiamin) is one of the water-soluble vitamins. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important factors for your health.
Vitamin B1 contributes to:

- Normal energy-yielding metabolism
- The normal function of the heart
Ingredients
Active substance, content in one tablet: Thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 50.00mg Bulking agents: calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose; thiamine hydrochloride, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
Recommended dosage
Adults:
1–2 tablets daily
Adolescents:
1/2–1 tablet daily for a temporary period of 2–3 weeks
Warning
Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Do not use the product after the best before date indicated on the packaging.
Storage
The product must be stored out of the reach of small children, at room temperature in a dry and dark place.
