Recommended dosage
1 tablet 1 time a day. Dissolve the tablet in a glass of water (200 ml at room temperature) and drink. Cooler water may slow down dissolution.
Notice
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Moderate consumption may cause laxative effects. Not suitable in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product ingredients.
